4040 Wilson Blvd., Ballston’s tallest and first vertically mixed-use building, is a trophy caliber building designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. “Clark is constructing a 22-story, mixed-use building at 4040 Wilson in Arlington, VA.

The first ten stories will include retail and office space, including a new headquarters for AvalonBay Communities and a VIDA Fitness center, while the top twelve stories will be comprised of apartment units. The building will feature two rooftop spa pools, as well as a terrace on the 11th floor.

The concrete will consist of post-tensioned slabs and the building envelope will boast brick, punched windows, and metal panels.
