Loudoun Square One, the 90,000 rentable square foot headquarters for the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Health Benefit Plan, was completed in June 1990 and won the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks' Award of Merit for Best Build-to-Suit project in the fall of 1990. The building will continue to be occupied by NALC until at least the year 2010. The project, which is the first phase of the Loudoun Square Park, is located on the south side of Route 7 less than one half mile west of the intersection of Routes 7 and 28 in Loudoun County, Virginia.
