One Liberty Center was the first phase of the Liberty Center project, a 1 million square foot mixed-use development in the Ballston submarket of Arlington (one of the fastest growing communities in the Washington metro area). Located just two blocks from the Ballston Metro station and across the street from the Ballston Common Mall, it is a remarkable project where commercial, residential and retail spaces create a vibrant urban hub comprising Liberty Center's premier buildings and inviting parks.
One Liberty Center was completed during the spring of 2005 and is currently fully leased to the General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and other Department of Defense Agencies. This facility meets the post 9/11 security requirements; it is one of the first Force Protection buildings in our Nation's Capital.
