The Shooshan Company managed this property through a major site plan amendment which resulted in substantial changes to the building included reorienting the front entrance/lobby and a two story height reduction. The building was started on a speculative basis, and was fully leased by The Shooshan Company to System Planning Corporation, The George Washington University, Strategic Analysis, Inc. and Directed Technologies, Inc prior to the building's substantial completion. This six (6) story building, designed by HLM Design and built by Clark Construction was completed in December 1999.
