Quincy
Street Station, a 183,338 rentable square foot, "Class
A" office building
was completed in May 1989 and is located in Ballston on
the Orange Line Metro in Arlington, Virginia. The project
has maintained an average occupancy rate of 97% since its
completion with top-of-the-market rents. Science Applications
International Corporation (SAIC) and Booz-Allen & Hamilton
are Quincy Street Station's current tenants who have remained
occupants since the building's inception. Quincy Street Station features
two restaurants, a café and a sit-down eatery which serve the tenants
and the community. In the fall of 1990, Quincy Street Station won the
Award of Merit for Best Suburban Office Building from the National
Association of Industrial and Office Parks. The building
continues to be 100% leased.
