DARPA Moving to New Arlington Location

Arlington, VA -- Arlington officials announced today that the U.S. General Services Administration signed a lease for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to relocate all operations to 675 North Randolph Street, part of the Founders Square development by The Shooshan Company.

The General Services Administration has signed a full building, 352,750 square foot lease for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to relocate all operations to 675 North Randolph St., part of the Founders Square development by The Shooshan Company. Studley Inc. brokers Neil Levy, David Lipson and Rob Brunton represented GSA in this lease. Project financing was arranged by John Duffy and Bill Asbill with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.
